One of our customers who we had done some cabling for asked us to help resolve the issue wither current NEC phones system. The issues they were having, was that the PC running the call recording software was running very slow and the some of the calls were not being recorded. The customer had been informed by the current maintainer that they would need to purchase a complete new system, JJComms were asked to provide an alternate solution. We upgraded the current NEC phone system to the latest level, deployed a some new screen based phones, and reused the existing hardware and phones. We also replaced the ISDN30 with SIP trunks with call recording, which did away with the need for call recording software. By using SIP trunks, we saved our customer over 50% in call charges and rentals.
